Die Hard

Yippee-Kay-Yay Santa lovers – it’s the ultimate Holiday Film – DIE HARD!

I can’t believe this is the last PFC of 2022 – what a brilliant start we’ve made to this project.  As the Holiday Season is now upon us, we’re going to have a blast watching the ultimate Christmas Classic…

DIE HARD

Welcome to the party, pal! If this is their idea of a Christmas, I gotta be here for New Years!”

New York City policeman John McClane (Bruce Willis) is visiting his estranged wife (Bonnie Bedelia) and two daughters on Christmas Eve. He joins her at a holiday party in the headquarters of the Japanese-owned business she works for.

But the festivities are interrupted by a group of terrorists (led by a career-best Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber) who take over the exclusive high-rise, and everyone in it. Very soon McClane realises that there’s no one to save the hostages — but him.

“The very pinnacle of the ’80s action movie, and if it’s not the greatest action movie ever made, then it’s damn close..”
