2001: A Space Odyssey

OUR MOST REQUESTED FILM

Don’t miss this Ultra-Rare oportunity to see Stanley Kubrick’s genre-redefining masterpiece on the big screen where is belongs

At 6pm

2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY

There are only a handful of films that I can 100%, hand on heart say must be seen on a big screen – and this is perhaps the most powerful example.

If you’ve not seen it in the cinema – then you’ve never REALLY seen it!

This is a film that redefined an entire genre forever.

I’m going to work hard with the team at the Plaza to make sure this is shown in the best possible conditions to reflect the way it was originally seen – including the overture and the intermission that are often cut.

Uber-fan Christopher Nolan hassled Warner Brothers to create a beautiful 4k restoration from original 70mm elements, and this is now known as the definitive version, which is what we’re going to be screening.

Also, as this is due to finish by 9pm, I’d like us to carry on the evening with a social directly afterwards, and I’ll confirm a venue soon.

So put this in your diary and book now!
